Чисто, близько до зупинок різного транспорту. Приємний персонал, є загальна мінікухня.

Поряд з автобусною зупинкою та супермаркетом! Супер позитивний персонал, дівчина допомогла забронювати місця на маршрутку в Теті. Дуже чисто та тепло, є гаряча вода. Є можливість скористатися кухнею: чай, кава.

Room was big and clean and right in the center of the city. Felt very safe.

Clean, central location, and the woman who checked us in was very kind

The room gets very bright when the hallway light is turned on, especially for the person whose bed is directly underneath the window. The first night a member of staff was checking some guests in at 1:30am and was speaking at full volume with them right outside our door. My partner had to go out to ask them to speak more quietly, after which we struggled to get back to sleep. We let the hotel know the next day this happened and they responded with a generic message written by ChatGPT. The hotel also uses an unadvertised, less favorable €1 to 100 lek rate, meaning you pay about 5% more than what is shown on Booking. I thought this was very cheeky as the other accommodations we’ve been to in Albania have either given us the market rate or have allowed payment in Euros. We were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t much but it’s consequential if you’re here for a longer term stay
