Fantastic communication with the hotel who were very helpful and accommodating. Clean, new facilities and very comfortable, with access to a communal kitchen. Great location in the heart of Shkoder and close to the bus station!

Very nice Claudio, attentive, nice and helpful . Lots of extras, like sweets, coffee, tea, sugar, shared appliances, etc. perfect location in the very centre of town. Near Theatre, restaurants, bars supermarket, churches and mosks, etc
Too small rooms but ok for the price paid. But it's not at all a boutique hotel. Such nomination is TOO much for nice, clean but not extraordinary not special or artistic hotel. The hotel is also decorated with plastic plants and flowers... which creates a high risk of wildfire. Such useless and penniless decoration is not only a shame for a supposedly BOUTIQUE Hotel and is not providing any charme+ creates a very SERIOUS RISK OF SERIOUS INJURIES OR EVEN DEATH for no reason
Toilet are clean, but really small. Shared spaces, like kitchen are well equipped BUT really SMALL, but they do their work and are useful
