Excellent central location, very good value for money. Receptionist kindly changed my room to one on a lower floor. Bathroom fittings were old but functional, there was lots of hot water. There were bedside tables and lights by each bed and several power sockets.
There was a coffee machine at reception, but no indication of how to buy a coffee in the morning. I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay a full day's storage fee (2 euros) to leave my rucksack for a couple of hours (I didn't, I took it with me).

The staff was perfect, they were trying to help you as fast as they could. The location is really good, 200m from the bus station. I bought tickets for Shala River/Fierza/Theth and you can also leave your bagages at the hotel during few days.

Location was very good and near to where the bus dropped us off from the airport and also very near to the buses for Valbone/Theth. It was very near a supermarket and within easy walking distance of the centre of Shkoder and some nice restaurants. We stayed for one night at the beginning and one night at the end of our trip to Valbone and Theth.
The room was very big and clean and the air con much appreciated!
Staff who met us at reception were friendly and check in/out was easy.

Great location. 5 minutes from the historical center, pubs and restaurants. Helpful administrator
Looks not exactly like in photos. In fact, the hotel and rooms are much more older and used. Our room was not super clean. A lot of dust and dirty old carpet. No sound isolation. Parking costs 2 euro per night, however, it's very uncomfortable. We were woken up at 5 AM by the administrator, who asked us to re-park the car in order to unblock other vehicles. Also, there is no ability to pay by card here.
