You should repair and keep well your bicycles that you give for a rental. Or just stop renting them, really...

absolutely everything. beds we’re comfortable and had curtains for privacy. rooms had good working aircon. laundry available. staff were super friendly and helpful. days tours are very fun and worth the time and money. felt very safe the entire stay. such a family social vibe with “family dinners” organised by staff regularly and group activities as well
the toilet seats were broken on our level and there wasn’t much hot water available in the showers but other than that everything was amazing

Good tours organised, friendly staff, good location, helped organise my transportation to Valbona and from Theth.
It’s quite a social party hostel, so the more introverted people struggled to integrate
