+ very friendly and helpful staff + pretty historical lobby + convenient and central location
- the floor in shared toilet and shower room is wet, could put a towel on the ground or a mop

Good tours organised, friendly staff, good location, helped organise my transportation to Valbona and from Theth.
It’s quite a social party hostel, so the more introverted people struggled to integrate
