About this house rental
Welcome to the Kits Nook. Charming 2-bed, 1-bath garden suite in Kitsilano. Newly renovated with modern farmhouse decor, it features a queen bed, 2 single beds, and a private garden patio with outdoor sectional and fire pit. The kitchen includes a portable induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
Enjoy 800 Mbps Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix/ Disney, and in-suite laundry. Close to UBC, Kitsilano Beach, Jericho Beach, and Broadway restaurants. Perfect for your Vancouver getaway!
*Guest access:
The kits Nook guests will have their own patio and entrance. There is no share space. Two set of Keys are provided. One key should be left in the lockbox for convenience.
Other things to note:
* We live upstairs, so you might hear the occasional footstep, but things are very quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM-perfect for a good night's sleep.
* Ceiling Height: The suite is super comfy for most guests! Just a heads-up: if you're taller than 6'2" (187 cm), the ceiling height of about 6'5" to 6'6" (196-198 cm) might feel a little low.
* Construction Note: There's some light construction happening in the backyard as we're wrapping up a laneway house project.
It's not every day, and most of the heavy work is done—any noise should be minimal and during the day only.

This stay was fantastic. From booking to check-out Joanna was very kind and her attention to every detail was truly flawless. The unit is a basement and is compact, but very well thought-out. I'm 6-feet tall and felt very comfortable. The outdoor space was a definite bonus. Also, the unit is located in one of Vancouver's best neighbourhoods. We will definitely stay here again, if it's available when we need it.

A really lovely place to stay! I highly recommend. We stayed four nights with two kids for a city break holiday in August. We all loved it! Great location. Free parking and regular public transport found a 5 min walk away. The suite was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The bedding is luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space is a true highlight! Didn’t hear noise from anyone else at all. Metal fencing bangs in high winds but windows shut out ALL sounds with double or triple glazing! Great facilities including laundry. Everything you could possibly need is provided by diligent hosts. No oven or burners but a really good hot plate. Thanks for a lovely stay.
