Nice caretaker, quite well equipped kitchen and even coffee tabs vere available. Quiet area. 5min walk from bus 49 and 20 min walk from nice river spot.

Good location for accessing public transit and the host was helpful and nice
One could make it look more inviting around the entrance to know that it is an actual guesthouse. It looked unkempt for a place that is hosting guests. Also, we were confused by the instructions in the bathroom to NOT dispose of our toilet paper in the toilet (perhaps you meant the toilet roll but that was unclear). Paying guests should be able to flush their waste paper in the toilet as that seems rather un-sanitory. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room was satisfactory.
