38-Villa

The premises were very quiet and clean. Two pretty big bedrooms, leaving room, laundry, kitchen and two washrooms with one shower in one of it. The massage chair was an asset!

Everything was great! Only 15 minutes walking to beach.

Close to UBC and childs new off campus accom.

Beautiful remodel. Very nice. Great location for us. Spacious.

Not insulated between the basement apartment and the first floor. We were woken up very early in the morning from mysterious loud swishing water sounds (clothes washer?) from above. Steep stairs down to basement which might be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Small kitchen area is nice but lacks a microwave oven.

The location is great, the property was clean, the hair dryer is amazing.

There is no hot tub so not sure why it is listed but that's not real. Property is very bare bones and maintained cleanliness-wise but not otherwise. Pretty cold down there because it's a basement, shampoo bottle cracked and dried out in bathroom, no hand soap in 2nd bathroom, batteries dead in tv remote (but when I bought some to replace them... the tv doesn't really work anyway.)Good place for a short stay just don't really expect anything other than a place to sleep.
