Free and Ample Parking: There is plenty of free on-site parking available, making this hotel highly suitable for those who have rented a car (a necessity, given the poor transit links).
The location presents significant difficulties for most travelers, despite its apparent proximity to the airport:
Poor Pedestrian Access (Airport): While the hotel is a 25-minute walk from the airport at a moderate pace, this walk is only feasible for those with light backpacks. The sidewalks are uneven and heavily damaged, making it a terrible and frustrating journey for anyone dragging heavy luggage or suitcases.
Terrible City Access: For guests planning to visit the city, the location is extremely inconvenient. There is virtually no public transportation available in the evenings. Guests must walk for about 30 minutes just to reach the main road where they can potentially catch a ride. Using a service like Bolt (Uber/Taxi) is necessary but significantly increases the overall cost of the stay.
Lack of Amenities (Remote Area): The surrounding area is very desolate (shomem). There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or even open convenience stores nearby. If you do not plan on leaving the area for dinner, you must stock up on food beforehand.
Significant Morning Noise: The hotel is located near an industrial area. Many trucks park on the side of the road, and they begin idling and creating loud noise as early as 6:00 AM, which severely disrupts sleep.
Missing Services: The hotel does not offer laundry services, which is a basic necessity for many travelers.
A recommendation to future travelers: Unless you have a very early/late flight and need to strictly rest your head, I strongly advise staying in the city, especially since I found much better-located hotels in the city for the same price I paid here.

It is pretty good option if you understand what you are doing
Room was good, Internet was working fine, all required was in place, even frying pan, if you need. Good value for money.
Location is good by distance, but place is not the best, like metal junk yards around and roads are not the best, 4 Euro taxi is option to avoid it. Curtains tries to open automatically, it was early flight, so not problem for us.

The key box was not easy to open and not easy to close- need to be checked.
The code, which was sent primarily with registration nr, were changed for another one in owner message. Plus, in the message were required extra 2 euro for "city tax" to leave, then again, in another message, was reminded me to leave 4 euro instead! Why requesting for extra pay? I never had this experience before with Booking.com.
Please, find out, why. It is my choice to leave some tip.

Inside the room everything looks brand new which was great! The building is not like a regular hotel looking building and the One seems more industrial.
Building and adjacent areas look more industrial not as welcoming but overall the closeness to the airport is what we were looking for.

Было аккуратно, чисто, уютно, тепло, все целое, достаточно уютное комфортное проживание. Имеются кухонные принадлежности для приготовления и употребления еды. Замечательный вариант, чтобы отдохнуть перед самолётом. На такси до аэропорта не более 7 минут.
Снимала с кухней, чтобы иметь возможность приготовить ребёнку еду. К сожалению, не оказалось кастрюли. Не критично, конечно, но факт. Также, возможно, показалось, что немного тянуло холодом из окна, к счастью это решилось ролл-шторой.

Ужасный Апартаменты
Крайне разочаровывающий опыт. Заселилась в Апартаменты с расчётом на отдых и нормальный сон, но это оказалось невозможным. Рано утром меня разбудил шум строительных работ громкий, навязчивый, полностью исключающий возможность отдыха. Никакого предупреждения при бронировании или заселении не было.
Считаю недопустимым размещать гостей в Апартаменты, где с раннего утра идут строительные работы. Апартаменты это место для отдыха, а не стройплощадка. Если ведутся такие работы, об этом обязаны предупреждать заранее, чтобы гости могли принять осознанное решение.
Отдых был испорчен, сон нарушен, впечатление от проживания резко негативное. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит тишину, комфорт и уважение к гостям.
На самом сайте написано ,что шуметь нельзя!!!

Vykome su šuniukais, nors apgyvendinimo įstaiga yra pasižymėjusi, kad už gyvūnus papildomo mokesčio nėra, pranešus kad atvyksime su šuniukais buvo prašyta papildomai sumokėti 25 eurus, paklausus kodel atsakymas na gyvūnų yra visokių. Gerai šioje vietoje tiek to viskas suprantama. Tačiau nuvykus ne tik kad papildomai parašė kad 8 eurus palikt bet kad ir už šunis mokėti reikia 50 eurų, paklausus kaip viska suprast prasidėjo kad uz viena diena 25 (buvom dvi paras) o veliau kad už vieną šuniuka 25 eurai... Paprašius išrašyti sąskaitą uz pinigų paemima ir pranešant kad paliksime tinkama atsiliepima iškart buvo atsakas kad padarysim jums nuolaida vietoj 58 eurų palikti reikia 40. Tačiau norim perspėti kitus kurie visdelto nuspręstų cia apsistoti su augintiniais pasiruoškite piniginę nes kainos keičiasi valandom. Beje vonioje yra tik viršuje vandens praustuvas tai norint maudytis be galvos plovimo galite net nebandyt. Ne bereikalo nera vonios kambario nuotraukos

Хорошая квартирка с недостаточно хорошим содержанием
Легко найти здание, понятна инструкция попадания в квартиру. Чисто, тихо, Есть холодильник, индукционная плита, микроволновка или духовка, чайник.
Посуды было меньше минимума. Плита была, а готовить на ней можно было на единственной сковороде. И еще были 2 тарелочки, по два стакана, чашки, ложки, вилки и совершенно не режущий нож. Ни мисок ни кастрюль не было, что очень испортило впечатление. Большое колличество совершенно пустых ящиков. И полотенец было только 2 больших, для душа. Первый раз столкнулась с таким фактом. В общем задумка хорошая: миниквартирки возле аэропорта. Владельцы потратились на хороший ремонт, продумали удобство заселения и проживания, а на мелочи пожлобились, чем испортили впечатление о себе. Больше в это гостинницу не приеду.

Из плюсов только новый ремонт и близость к аэропорту.
Слишком много минусов.
Видно, что хозяин апартаментов сэкономил на всём. Было только 2 полотенца (хотя было бы неплохо добавить полотенца для лица и полотенце на кухню). 4 подушки на кровати, но с наволочками только 2 из них. Так же не было нормальной душевой кабинки (теперь понятно почему тут нет фото), была только занавеска, а рядом стиральная машина и унитаз, в итоге после принятия душа всё залито и при этом пол становится очень скользким. Так же отсутствует нормальный душ.
На кухне минимум посуды. Однако был кофе и чай, но вот сахара буквально 2 чайных ложки.
Изначально бронировала другие апартаменты с такой же стоимостью, но к сожалению даты поездки поменялось и пришлось выбрать это недоразумение. К слову в тех апартаментах судя по отзывам и фото было абсолютно всё необходимое.
Ну и вишенкой стало то, что сказали заплатить городской налог, хотя при бронировании было написано что включены все налоги и сборы.

Une fois l'argent empoché, le propriétaire a décrété que mon petit chien n'était pas admis.
Après négociation, il accepte mais moyennant supplément (contrairement à la gratuité promise sur l'annonce) : j'ai refusé ce chantage et, bien sûr, je n'ai jamais revu mon argent, avec en prime l'ironie du propriétaire.

Da kann ich nicht viel zu sagen, da ich nicht drin war, weil ich mich für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden habe.
Das Zimmer liegt in einem Industriegebiet und lässt sich zu Fuß nur mit Rucksack bequem erreichen, für einen Koffer sind die Fussgängerwege nicht gut ausgebaut (sprich man muss andauernd entweder die Straßenseite wechseln oder direkt auf der Straße laufen), alternativ muss mann ein Taxi nehmen. Da es im Industriegebiet liegt (was auch in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wird und wenn man sich vor Ort nicht auskennt natürlich eine Überraschung gibt), gibt es in der Nähe keine Möglichkeit zum Essen gehen oder WC oder auch sonstige Einkäufe für den Aufenthalt kann man nicht tätigen. Da ich nicht genau wusste wann mein Bus die Grenze passieren wird und ich dann in Vilnius ankomme, habe ich keine Zeit genaue Ankunftszeit kommunizieren können. Zum Glück waren wir nicht um 15 Uhr, sondern um 11:30 Uhr schon in Vilnius. Bei der Unterkunft zu Fuß angekommen, habe ich den Vermieter kontaktiert und einen früheren "Check In" angefragt. Der Vermieter sagte, dass es nicht ginge. Wir sollten solange zu IKEA mit Taxi fahren um da zur Toilette zu gehen und warten, bis wir einchecken können. Ich hätte es laut Vermieter früher kommunizieren sollen und er hat uns ein anderes Zimmer für +25€ Bearbeitungsgebühr angeboten. Die Unterkunft würde mich somit über 80€ kosten anstatt 57€. Daher habe ich mich für eine andere Unterkunft näher am Flughafen entschieden.
Nun bekomme ich eine Nachricht, dass ich noch 2€ pro Person für den Aufenthalt an Touristensteuern und für die Reinigungskraft zahlen soll, obwohl wir nie in dem Zimmer drin waren und da auch nicht geschlafen haben. Sprich versteckte Kosten. In dem Zimmer sind wir nie gewesen und ich kann somit nicht allzuviel darüber sagen.

Todella siisti ja puhdas, vastavalmistunut huoneisto. Oma keittiö jääkaapilla ja mikrolla. 15 min päässä Vilnan keskustasta.
Keittiössä oli liesi, mutta ei kattilaa tai pannua, joten emme voineet valmistaa itse ruokaa. Rakennus sijaitsi ikävällä teollisuusalueella ja hieman liian kaukana keskustasta. Booking.comissa kerrottiin majoituksen tiedoissa, että koiran saa ottaa ilmoituksella ilmaiseksi mukaan, mutta alkuun majoittaja ilmoitti koirien olevan kiellettyjä. Saimme kuitenkin lopulta tällä kertaa tulla (ilmaiseksi) koiran kanssa.
