Seaside Paradise in Nikiti – Private Villa Feel, Sea View, and Only 100m from the Beach! We had the privilege of being the guests in this absolutely stunning apartment in Nikiti, Sithonia, and it was far more than we expected. It felt like staying in our own private Greek villa, offering comfort, peace, and everything needed for a dream vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged home. Just 100 meters from the beach, the location is unbeatable—quiet and peaceful, yet only a short stroll from beach bars, restaurants, and local shops. Location: Perfectly positioned in a peaceful street only 2 minutes from the sea. We could hear the gentle sound of the waves and feel the breeze—ideal for beach lovers who also want tranquility. View & Garden: The apartment offers a sea view, and there is a lovely garden area where we enjoyed relaxing Greek evenings, surrounded by greenery and serenity. Free parking is available right in front of the house, which made everything super easy and convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with fresh sheets, fluffy towels, and huge wardrobes to unpack and settle in comfortably. We loved the three spacious balconies—each perfect for different times of day: coffee at sunrise, wine at sunset, or a quiet moment under the stars. All doors and windows have mosquito nets, so we could leave them open and enjoy the fresh air all day and night. The fully equipped kitchen included everything we needed, from utensils to a coffee machine, so we felt right at home. There was air conditioning and ceiling and stand-alone fans in the rooms, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable even during hot afternoons. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available on WhatsApp. From check-in to check-out, communication was fast and easy, and we truly felt taken care of.
