KAMELIA APARTMENT

очень хорошее расположение - рядом с центром Никити, но немного удалено, поэтому не шумно. Когда спишь в спальне - слышно шум моря!!! апартаменты очень просторные, сделан свежий ремонт, вся мебель, матрасы новые. Есть кофе машина, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина и даже тостер! На террасе большой стол для завтраков на свежем воздухе. Бельё, полотенца -всё предоставил заботливый хозяин. для пляжа нам дали зонтик и стулья и пляжные полотенца. Интернет был с очень хорошей скоростью. Парковочное место - напротив входа. Мы остались очень довольны! Если вы приезжаете ночью - есть возможность самостоятельного заезда, ключ нас ждал в сейф боксе.

Никити - очень большой посёлок и пляжи разнообразные, можно проехать на машине и увидеть пляж с желтым песком или белоснежным, как на Мальдивах, жаль, что нет городского транспорта.

Location was very nice, near the beach. The house had all needed kitchen utilities and appliances for cooking. There was an AC which was gamechanger. Balkony was spacious. The parking was always available. We had a problem with the electricity but the homeowner was quick to respond and resolved it.

It was a bit cramped for 7 people. There was only 1 bathroom which was combined with shower.

The apartment had everything you need, the beds are comfortable, there is a nice large terrace with a dining area, the living room is also excellent with a well-equipped kitchen.

The communication with the host was missing — we had to wait for an hour in front of the entrance until they sent us the information on how to get in. We arrived at 5 PM and entered at 6 PM. We tried to contact the host, but he wasn’t answering calls or messages. This made us anxious because we didn’t know if he would contact us at all to let us check in. The check-in information could have simply been sent a few days earlier or at least earlier on the day of arrival.

Every things were amazing! Apartment is 100 meters near a sea. We could swim in February! Nice view from balcony, which we had our dinner and drank coffee! House owner was very friendly.
