Maisonette close to the beach

Posizione strategica.. vicina a tutti e servizi e comoda per girare tutte le splendide spiaggia dei dintorni.

Il giardino non è chiuso.. avendo dei bambini è stata una difficoltà per noi.

The house was clean, equipped with 3 bathrooms, bedrooms were comfortable, the proximity to the beach was only 3-4 min and the host, as well as neighbour at the front house were very nice and supportive in any aspect.

Only from time to time the water pressure was very low, especially when 2 people were taking bath at the same time. There were also small ants in the kitchen.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Filitsa, voisine directe de la Maisonnette. Elle est toujours disponible et super agréable et nous a tout expliqué et envoyé une liste de bonnes adresses de la région. Merci Filitsa ! La maison est spacieuse et moderne, il y a tout le confort nécessaire, comme à la maison (5 pièces pour dormir, 3 salles de bains, produits de douche, oreillers, draps, climatisation, terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la mer, cuisine super équipée avec beaucoup d'ustensiles et avec beaucoup de produits tels que des casseroles, services et assiettes, épices diverses, sel, sucre, machine à café, machine à laver avec produit de lessive et adoucissant, grande télévision, produits electriques contre les moustiques dans chaque pièce, etc.) Place de parking juste à côté et plage à 100 mètres.

Canapé-lit tout en bas pas suffisamment large, ni confortable pour 2 adultes. Cela sent légèrement l'humidité du sous-sol. Accès à la machine à laver très bas, attention à la tête.

A quite new property well furnished and equipped with all we needed. A nice outer space with a small garden to spend mornings and evenings. Good internet. Located in the quiet peripheral zone of Nikiti, however it was at a pleasant walking distance from the restaurants in the center. The host was very kind. We found welcome wine and water which was a very touching gesture. The house was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all you need. Тhere was a big refrigerator which was highly appreciated by our group. We had extra towels and linen left, but it might be good to know from the description that no cleaning service is provided during the stay. This was not a problem for us but it might be good to be informed from the site.

We should say that we had a very nice vacation in Nikiti and in the Maisonette. However, two things we think were misleading in Bооking.com site description. Firstly, we expected 3 relatively equal rooms with bathrooms as described in Booking, either with 2 single beds or with a double bed. However, one of the bedrooms was very small - there was only a single bed and a chair in it. It was not air-conditioned. The bathroom for this bedroom was three levels downstairs in the basement. The wardrobe was on the stairs in front of the room. Fortunately, we were 5 adults, so this room fitted somewhat to the single person in the group, however, we he had to share the bathrooms with the others at night. Therefore, one of us was accommodated in really unequal conditions and was disappointed. The living room has a very comfortable sofa that can be also used. However, it would be different if the house is hired by a family or a group of elderly people that might need more privacy. Secondly, the Maisonette was definitely not beachfront. There was a big house between the property and the sea and we had to find paths between the courtyards of the real beachfront houses to get out onto the coast road.
