We had a wonderful stay in Nikiti! The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, making it perfect for relaxation, and the sea view directly from the bed was absolutely amazing.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping, and the room looked brand new. Everything smelled wonderful thanks to the scented sachets placed in both the room and bathroom, which added a very nice touch.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water always available. We also loved the lovely terrace, which offered plenty of shade and had a retractable awning, making it a perfect spot to relax at any time of day.
Parking was plentiful and very convenient. Although we didn’t use them, the room was also equipped with a stovetop, coffee machine, and basic kitchen essentials such as plates, glasses, and cutlery.
Thank you as well for the thoughtful gift at departure — such a lovely gesture! Highly recommended for a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing stay!
The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, and the TV was rather small. However, this didn’t really affect our stay since we came to relax and enjoy the area, not to spend time watching TV.

We stayed here 5 days and couldn't recommend the place more! Very clean and cosy family hotel. Just next to the beach and in a very silent area. 10 minutes walking to Nikiti centre. We would love to go back!

I had a wonderful stay at Summer House in Nikiti. I was welcomed warmly with a coffee upon arrival, which immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very clean, with a large balcony offering a stunning view of the sea.
The location is ideal – in a quiet part of Nikiti right by the beach, giving a peaceful, authentic holiday feeling. Yet the town center and public beaches are just a short walk away, so everything is easily accessible.
Another big plus: on the nearby beach, there are private sunbeds and a parasol available for Summer House guests – perfect for relaxing by the sea in comfort.
The hosts / owners were proactive and very helpful, offering tips and assistance throughout my stay. As a lovely gesture, I even received a small gift that reflected the warmth of Greek hospitality and local food culture.
Highly recommended to future guests!
