Lovely Hosts and Beautiful Property

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting us with cake and coffee upon arrival. The property was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, including a spacious garden, barbecue, and washing machine. To make our stay even more special, they surprised us with small souvenirs when we left. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The best apoartment in Chalkidiki.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Chalkidiki! The host was incredibly pleasant and welcoming — it felt like I’d known them since childhood. The apartment itself is large, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially loved the big terrace and the lovely yard with a BBQ area. It's located on a quiet street, yet close to everything. Truly the best apartment I’ve stayed at in Chalkidiki!

Five perfect days.

I have been to Greece several times but Natalia's Apartments in Nikiti proved to be a very good choice. Yannis and Natalia were excellent hosts always ready to help us, give us all the necessary information and make our holiday enjoyable. About the rented apartment also nice words. Two full rooms, cool and very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen area. Thank you for the welcome and for the little gifts offered to us. We will come back anytime with pleasure. I recommend this accommodation anytime with pleasure.

Exceptional

Our stay in Natalia's Apartments was great! Yannis and Natalia are great people, so polite and kind! We were welcomed with piece of pie and sent with small gift which was so heartwarming! The place is so close (5min)to the main street with restaurants and bars but it is quite. The old city is 15-20 min by walk. In the kitchen you have everything you need for more than one week stay. The outside area is beautiful with BBQ and benches for resting. Thank you Yannis and Natalia! And see you again!

We were a family of 9 and rented both flats. They fitted us perfectly! Everyone had their space and felt very comfortable. The flats were equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful.

Super great for family rest!!!

It was the first floor so we don’t need to use air conditioning. it was extremely clean. The flat is equipped more then enough: fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, iron, hair dryer; plates, glasses, cups. The linen was so clean it was almost shining-super white, like new. Towels were fresh, changed every 4 days. The owners are super service and kind! Natalia and Yanis thank you so much for our rest -it was great!

Exceptional

The apartment Natalia and Yannis are offering is great, spacious, has everything you could possibly need for a family stay. The hosts themselves are very polite and ready to offer help every time we needed something. The house is located 5 min walking distance from the beach and pretty close to supermarkets and restaurants.

The beds were not quite comfortable even though we usually like harder beds we found these rather uncomfortable.

Perfect aparment for accomodation at Nikiti. Cosy, spacious and very clean place. There was every thing that you may need during your vacation. Close to the center and the restaurant area. The owners are very polite and hospitable. We were ansolutely satisfied by our choosing this apartment.

Warming summer souvenir

The apartment is very comfortable, it is equipped with everything you can imagine for a week stay and the decorations with Natalia's own paintings and applied arts works makes the atmosphere special. The hosts welcomed and told us goodbyе with delicious handmade pastries, answered all questions and always kept their warm smiles. We would visit them again with pleasure!

Great Greek Family

Hospitality, great hosts: Natalia and Yannis. Great greek family, makes you love Greek cusine and culture. Apartment is big and coresponding to all family needs.( all needed utilities are available). Parking is very good. Location is close to the sea.Quiet surroundings. Would always come back to such great people.

Loved our stay with Natalia and Yannis - highly recommended

Natalia and Yannis are amazing hosts, we were greeted at arrival and Natalia made us a Nes frappe, for refreshment and gave also nice little presents for the kids. On living room table we found jar of homemade apricot jam and plate with a desert. Apartment was excellent and had mosquito nets on all the windows and air conditioning, as well as ventilator lights in each of the bedrooms. What we liked the most was a big balcony where we had all our meals and it had shades so we were protected from the sun. Attention to details in apartment were given with nice furniture, soaps and washing liquid were provided, as well as kitchen towels, napkins etc, as often this needs to be purchased in self catering apartments. Sheets and towels were changed after 3 days of stay with clean ones. Our hosts also have a washing machine available for guests to use, which we availed off, so big plus on this point. Natalia made sure that our balcony and stairs were cleaned every morning. Majority of the pictures in the apartment were painted by Natalia, while kitchen was assembled by Yannis, so they have both invested their time and energy into providing an excellent quality and experience to the guests. Beds are comfy and it is quiet for sleeping during night. Parking was also provided free of charge. Our hosts recommended a Kalogria beach near by (must have a car) and it was really amazing for kids and us with clear and shallow water and sand. I would definitely recommend Natalia's apartments and we will surely come again.

Nikiti is a small place, so after 3 nights of walking beside beach restaurants in the evenings, there is not much to do in Nikiti itself. Make sure to visit old Nikiti town, it is worth the walk. Be also aware that during weekend beaches are full, so you need to be there around 10 latest if you want to get umbrella and sunbed.
