Nikiti Spathies Resort - Maizonette at Nikiti Village

Everything good

The location is truly excellent: just a minute away from an undeveloped beach if you prefer, and three minutes walking from the tavernas or the organized beach. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos—very clean and spacious. We were a group of four adults and two children, and we had absolutely no issues with space. It has two bathrooms and two air conditioning units (one on the ground floor and one in the upstairs hallway) that work perfectly. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything; our wives didn't have a single complaint. George is a wonderful, honest host who is ready to help with anything—and will go the extra mile if you run into any issues. There is parking on-site, and the shared courtyard is lovely; the other guests tend to be respectable, quiet people—no noise issues at all.

Very quiet location in a quiet neighborhood, far from the hustle on the Sithonia, no sounds at night, beautiful. In the maisonette we felt comfortable in the two bedrooms separate from the living. Very clean inside. Very warm and available hosts. There was a barbeque in the garden, but did not find time to use it. We did not try the neighborhood too much, as we came with the car and travelled every day to another beach.

We prefer closed cabin in shower, but this is usually missing in Greece.
