Could be better.

The yard was nice for kids to run around, the location itself was quiet and it was pretty clean.

The place we stayed could use little more attention to details and maintaining things that makes every stay better. -The first day bathroom door handle just fall off but host fixed it, and the door is closing loudly and squeaks. -The main bed was so extremely squeaky that even slightest movement made horrible noises. -Would be nice to patch up the mosquito nets so they don't come during nights. -Weird smell was coming in constantly from outside. -Old pipes in walls, very annoying squeals like sounds when using water. -The room downstairs was kind of depressing and no one wanted to sleep there. Sometimes damp mossy smell was coming from there. We ended up taking one mattress upstairs and host gave us baby crib to put in the main room. It was cramped but we survived. - Old people living or something above the apartment, moving stuff and dropping things late at night, washing machine was also annoying jumping above you during the night, and of course the squealing pipes. In general you can see very fast and sloppy paint job and other quick fixes to keep the place running, and for this price I think the place it should be better.

Nice yard and good price, but bad smell

Very nice, big, and very well maintained yard with grass and palm trees. Good price for Nikiti.

There was bad smell of sour most of the evenings/nights. It was especially bad in the lower level room. The manager said it is from the neighbors, but that spoiled the whole vacation. The furniture is outdated, especially the bathroom badly needs renovation.

Superb

The garden is gorgeous. House is very clean. The location is close to several nice beaches.

- the stairs inside can be dangerous for small children - the villa and garden are great. But the surrounding area is more under construction, some roads are not paved and buildings are just being built. - plumbing system in the bathroom could use some cleanup -microwave would be nice in the future

It was Ok but for sure there are much nicer places and closer to the beach and horeca.

The garden was amazing and the seating area in the barbeque area.

The house was very small, impractical and limited facilities. Very basic electric appliances and poor refurbishment. The host said that every 3 days they changed sheets and towels. They did only once.

Yorgo and his wife are brilliant two person who are responsable for the hotel. Also the garden is perfect. We had very good 5 nights with silence. Thank you.
