Struttura gestita in maniera ineccepibile. La stanza era in quasi perfetto stato (qualche problema con alcune luci led non funzionanti, forse a causa dei telecomandi). Arredata bene, spaziosa, comoda. Il bagno ampio, soprattutto la doccia una piazza d'armi. Check-in rapido e comodo così come le serrature smart che non ti danno l'ansia di perdere le chiavi quando esci dalla stanza. Letto comodo. Servizi gratuiti come il distributore d'acqua, il bollitore e un distributore di snack e bibite a disposizione degli ospiti. Ad oggi penso sia il più bel posto nel quale ho alloggiato a Roma.

Proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo: alcune luci non funzionanti in modo corretto, il distributore dell'acqua con qualche problema (non sono riuscito a erogare acqua fredda). La zona non è delle più belle di Roma anche se alla finestra si vede il parco di piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Bien situé , bien propre , le lit est confortable , le personnel était sympa . Je recommande. Merci.

The room was beautifully appointed, had a really cool aesthetic and design, and was thoughtfully put together to provide all the things a traveller needs. Excellent very comfortable memory foam bed and pillows, aircon to beat the summer heat, a small fridge to keep things cool, a tea station with additional drinks and snacks for purchase and a great bathroom with quality appliances. The whole property was sparkling clean and well liked after. Security of the building and rooms was quite high tech and getting in and out was very easy. As a solo female traveller I felt exceptionally safe. Fantastic location, mins walk from Roma Termini, and across from a lovely park, and walking distance to Rome’s major sites. The check-in is no contact but seamless and coordinated. Communications were via WhatsApp and clear and easy and responses to my Qs about local info were prompt and comprehensive, helping me deal w a travel issue and find excellent local dinner spot. I foolishly left my water bottle on my case and when the property staff moved my case the bottle was accidentally broken. I came back to find they’d purchased a replacement, left a note apologising, and included the receipt in case I wanted to exchange it! This is service well and truly above and beyond. But it’s touches like this that make a guest feel safe and looked after. This place is a real gem. Incredible value for money. Cannot recommend it more highly. Five stars!!
