Location was good

Not so much comfortable, room was a bit dark, on the fotoes fridge was inside the room, but actually it was in the kitchen only, which was seperate.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient, 10-min walk from Termini station.

There is no elevator, we had to drag our luggages in the stairs to 3 floor. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable upon arrival. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a courteous and professional attitude toward guests is important

The location was perfect to get everywhere - a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, less than 5 minutes away from the metro station and close to multiple other bus stops. The staff was super kind and friendly (I left something in my room after checking out and they immediately called me to let me know 😅), very clear and easy instructions to get in and out. The room itself was exactly like the pictures, equipped with both air-conditioning and radiators, and very clean. They provided everything needed (towels, soap, even shampoo) and had a small coffee and tea station out in the hallway for guests to use. When we arrived we couldn't find parking on the street as it was full but there are many parking garages nearby. All in all, great price for an amazing stay, I definitely recommend!

We had a bit of trouble with the wifi but it was mostly fine.

Not in a very nice location, felt quite unsafe. Very small sign advertising its location so it took us a while to find it. This is rooms within a building rather than a hotel.
