Anton(Apologies if I am getting your name wrong) was very helpful and very responsive over text and in person and funny as well. He arranged our airport transfer seemlessly, helped us with our bags as well on arrival(unfortunately 2 of us were injured so carrying 8 trolley bags upstairs was going to be a challenge for us so we were very grateful for his help). The location is amazing since it is inside the Grand world, everything is within walking distance, the beach was clean, countless cafes, very good restaurants, supermarkets within few mins walk. We had a lot of fun just walking around every evening exploring grand world while we were there, the vibe is great. Vinworld and Vinpearl Safari are also very close by(you can see the Giant wheel of Vinwonders from the balcony also). We had very good sleep here, even though outside was very noisy we could not hear any noise inside the room which was highly appreciated. I loved the kitchenette, we did end up using it every day for making coffee, heating food and making bread toasts. Ours even had a rice cooker, fridge. The balcony was cute with a good view too. I would highly recommend this place, it is definitely value for money.

Although the place was very clean, there were couple of dead cockroaches(we didnt find any live ones). The bedsheets were synthetic which caused a lot of static shock to us, the replacement bedsheets they provided on request were better but still not 100% cotton(it matters a lot in the customer experience). The utensils provided were mostly plastic which is not good for eating hot food, i would recommend may be steel or ceramic. Although the listing said "Hotel Adri", we were later informed that it is a guesthouse so we are supposed to carry water can(20Litres) upstairs on our own and due to our injured family members we couldnt do that and adjusted in the water already available in our room. The only significant drawback for our room on 2nd floor was that there was no internet, there was only 1 wifi which was not giving any internet and they asked us to connect to other wifi networks but none were available in out room throughout our 3 day stay there. If I ever visit again I would still stay here and I will carry my own cotton bedsheet :-P

Location is just perfect, near to beach and all other attractions, Breakfast was good
