Reception area can be a bit chaotic if you arrive around mid-day when everyone’s checking out and checking in! It is also possible to order grab food deliveries which we did a couple of times, but you have to meet them by the security at the entrance to the hotel.
Generally, it’s lovely but the access roads were starting to show signs of deterioration, which is a shame and an easy fix…overall nice place. Not enough sun-beds for the private pool, six of us staying only two sunbeds and one Day bed?!

breakfast was good. Quite a big spread but few vegetarian options. also vegetarian wasnt cooked that well.
The staff / management was quite poor. The waiting at the reception for the room was a pain. As the villas are very far the buggys are very poorly managed by the staff. i think the buggy management was the worst
i think the management has a very poor experience of service industry and for a such a beautiful property the management was a complete let down

Loved the resort, the buffet breakfast, the pools, the villas, loved that it’s on a private beach. The workers are extremely nice and friendly & accomodating.
Very far from sunset town. The cleaning standard isn’t like Australia. Didn’t look like the floors had been vacuumed/ there were crumbs/bits of rubbish under the couches. The walls definitely need to be repainted. The beds/ linen were very clean however. The staff were always happy to help with any issues. I think the villas just need a good revamp as I said the walls need repainting, some things need replacing like blinds etc.
