Amazing value for the money. Excellent location especially if you want to hit up nearby Vin Wonder, Vin Safari and Grand Town. The resort and pool are great and the buffet breakfast had everything we wanted. We were also given a free buffet dinner for the family for one night that was also very good.

The beach is nice however it was very wavy which made it hard to swim.

Everything about the property is impressive, from the large swimming pool and excellent location to the range of amenities available. The staff are generally courteous, welcoming and very helpful, contributing to an overall enjoyable and comfortable stay. There can be some communication challenges with certain staff members, as not everyone speaks English however the reception team generally communicates well in English and is very helpful.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property. However, I did have one experience that I felt was worth mentioning. While it does not directly reflect the property itself, it does relate to the way a situation was handled by one of the staff members. While we were relaxing by the pool, I heard one of the lifeguards shouting at two children nearby. It appeared that there was a communication barrier, as the lifeguard did not speak English and the children did not speak Vietnamese. I completely understand that lifeguards have an important responsibility to ensure that pool rules are followed, but I also feel that children need to be approached with a little more patience and care, and that shouting or appearing aggressive may not always be the most effective approach. In this particular situation, I believe the lifeguard was gesturing at the children not to put water on the slides. However, as it was a sunny day, the slide had dried out completely and the children were unable to slide down properly. I must admit, there was also a slightly amusing element to the situation. I was not entirely sure how adding a little water to a water slide located in a swimming pool could potentially harm the slide, particularly when the slide had dried out in the sun and was no longer functioning properly. In fact, the children's instinct to add some water seemed quite logical to me! Fortunately, the situation did not escalate. I intervened and explained to the children what the lifeguard was trying to communicate, and the matter was resolved. I also mentioned this experience to the manager at reception during checkout, as it was the only aspect of our stay that I felt could have been handled better. I hope the management will consider providing the staff with some guidance on handling situations involving children, particularly where language barriers exist. The language barrier itself is completely understandable, but in such situations, a calm and patient approach

This resort exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning private beach with soft white sand and clear turquoise water. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with beautiful sea or garden views. The huge pool is perfect for relaxing, and the entire property is lush, green, and impeccably maintained. Food is fantastic — generous breakfasts with fresh seafood, international cuisine, and amazing fruits. The staff is warm, friendly, and always helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the resort's convenient location and complimentary shuttle service to the famous Vinpearl attractions: - VinWonders was an absolute blast — thrilling rides, beautiful shows, and a huge water park that both kids and adults will love. - Vinpearl Safari is a must-visit! We saw incredible animals in a natural setting and even had close encounters with giraffes and other wildlife. - Grand World amazed us with its vibrant nightlife, stunning European-style architecture, shopping streets, and fantastic evening shows. Having easy access to these world-class attractions made our trip so much more fun and dynamic. We could enjoy a relaxing beach day at the resort and then head out for adventure in the evening. Property is very well maintained, close to vinwonders, safari and grand world. Lot of amenities and well maintained resort..

The staff was rude towards Indians, airport shuttle dropoff communication was totally unacceptable..we were lucky our flight was little delayed, else we would have missed our flight. I noticed the reception staff had impolite attitude towards Indians whereas they were helpful towards other country guests, this made us feel very uncomfortable..
