The size of the rooms.
The hotel looked run down and unkept. The pool size was too big, could have accommodated some other activities like a small waterpark for kids. A pool side bar or restaurant would have also been a good option. The menu was so limited and we really had to make many requests for any minor changes we required.
The coral wing always seemed it lacked staff and especially at night.

Property is very well maintained, close to vinwonders, safari and grand world. Lot of amenities and well maintained resort..
The staff was rude towards Indians, airport shuttle dropoff communication was totally unacceptable..we were lucky our flight was little delayed, else we would have missed our flight. I noticed the reception staff had impolite attitude towards Indians whereas they were helpful towards other country guests, this made us feel very uncomfortable..
