Ocean Bay Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

Ms. Nguyen and the entire team were incredible, very welcoming and attentive. We felt genuinely well taken care of during the final days of our honeymoon. The location was stunning. We stayed in a beach villa and loved being able to see the ocean right from our terrace. The beds were super comfortable for us. The pool and pool bar were amazing, and the bar staff were super friendly and the cocktails were great. We also really enjoyed the open air design of the bathroom, it might not be for everyone, we personally thought it was a great. Breakfast was some of the best we had, plentiful, delicious, and offered a good mix of both Vietnamese and continental options. The complimentary shuttle service was another appreciated bonus.

There was truly nothing we disliked. If we were being super picky the lighting around the mirrors could be improved for shaving and applying makeup, and we could occasionally hear our neighbors returning late at night (though that is certainly no fault of the hotel).

The lobby - this is a great first impression, lovely staff waving as you come in and the entrance is a big open space with a beautiful view. The room - we stayed in an ocean breeze bungalow (very kindly given a complimentary upgrade) and it was gorgeous. We were a quick walk to all the amenities and the bed was the most comfortable.

Nothing! We loved everything.

Absolutely everything, very clean, comfortable, spacious and calm. Amazing breakfast and setting for it. All of the staff was so kind and sweet. The beach was so good it made us crazy having to leave. Pool are also very beautiful and nice.

Hard to mention anything other than if you like a very central location with all the city excitement at your doorstep then this is not the best option for you. But catching a grab if you have it ready is more than easy and fast and as a bonus you get to relax in a very private area with lots of free sun beds and no overly crowded beaches. For us this was perfect.

I Highly recommended. The staff really cares about the guests. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the place is amazing.
