    Firstly there was no staff at reception till 10 minutes as he was away to smoke cigarette that's ok , he was the only staff on floor 😐. We have been sent a punctured car that too with the hotel maintenance as driver. The breakfast has no option in vegetarian, we asked for bowl to eat something inside the room , but the bowls were smelling very bad. No bathtub in the room though the booking page and room facilities has mentioned it. Lots of dead cockroaches in the breakfast dinning area. That's it read this before booking ahead, thank you.

    The hotel was renovated not long ago, and that’s a plus. But the air conditioners were clearly old and very noisy. Overall, a simple but pleasant bungalow. Good breakfast, clean pool. Not far from the beach, and the village is the best on the island, with plenty of lovely little restaurants. The service and everything isn’t five-star, but for the price, more than you might expect.

    Fantastic swimming pools. Gardens are immaculate and beautiful, proving very pleasant surroundings for all of the bungalows/apartments. The breakfast was ok but only weak green tea and unpleasant coffee. It’s a little distance from the beach but there is a free shuttle running every few hours during the day. However, it doesn’t always come to the beach for pick ups so there is a fairly long uphill walk back - although the second time this happened we messaged the hotel and they did send the shuttle within 20 minutes. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Mostly Russians staying at this hotel fyi. Good central location on the Island with plenty of good restaurants for lunch and dinner within walking distance.

    Poor customer service, false commitments. The resort is very far from the main city, no nearby attractions or beaches where you can swim. I booked for the second night because the reception lady promised us free airport transfer. When I checked out, she asked 250k for arranging the transfer. Very unprofessional, and I strongly advise , please DO NOT book this place. There are so many better options in Phu Quoc.
