Hotel Review: At first, the hotel looks luxurious and impressive, but the overall experience was not what we expected. We stayed for 6 nights. Although the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, it was extremely crowded. Instead of feeling like a relaxing resort, it felt more like a busy theme park or day-trip destination. The breakfast buffet was good, but the menu was almost the same every day. After several days, it became repetitive. It would be better if the hotel rotated some dishes every other day. I also recommend having breakfast early. Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, the restaurant becomes very crowded, making it difficult to find seating and enjoy the meal. Especially on that day, there were many Indian visitors who appeared to be labour camp workers rather than typical tourists. As a result, the atmosphere felt more like a crowded food court than a vacation resort. Customer Service: Customer service needs improvement. The check-in process was disorganized, with no clear queue system. The lobby was very busy, and it often felt like guests who approached the counter first were served immediately. As a foreign guest, I also felt that communication in English was limited at times. One disappointing experience was when we wanted to borrow an umbrella during heavy rain. We had just arrived and did not yet have Vietnamese currency. The concierge required a 1 million VND deposit, and when I asked if the deposit could be charged to our room instead, the request was refused due to hotel policy. While I understand policies must be followed, a more flexible solution for checked-in guests would have been appreciated. I also found some staff members, including the manager on duty that evening, unhelpful. When I asked about the buffet price, I was simply told to ask the restaurant. I expected more assistance and hospitality. Another disappointing moment was when I politely asked a supervisor for directions to the night market. She interrupted the conversation to answer a phone call and never returned to assist me or apologize, and she little push me (hope management can review the cctv if there is) On a positive note, one receptionist named Ly (if I remember correctly) was excellent. She was always smiling, welcoming, and professional. Her hospitality stood out and made a positive impression during our stay. Hotel Facilities and System: The hotel requires guests to wear colored wristbands throughout their stay. Different colors appear to represent different packages. They will define who you are in this hotel. Personally, I found this system outdated and unnecessary. Many other hotels use room key cards and digital systems instead. We also experienced some confusion reaching our room in Zone 4. At times, guests were not allowed to pass through restaurant areas, but there was not enough signage explaining alternative routes. Better directions and clearer signs would improve the guest experience. Overall Experience: The hotel has a great location near popular attractions such as VinWonders, Safari, and Grand World. One of the best benefits is the free shuttle bus service (Bus 17 and 19), which provides transport to the airport, Sunset Town, Duong Dong Night Market, and other nearby attractions. This helped save transportation costs during our trip. Pros: • Convenient location near major attractions • Free shuttle transportation • Good breakfast quality • Excellent service from receptionist Ly Cons: • Extremely crowded • Repetitive breakfast and dinner menus • Disorganized check-in process • Very Poor Customer service • Confusing navigation within the hotel • Not a relaxing resort atmosphere Overall, while the location and transportation options are excellent, the hotel felt overcrowded and lacked the level of service and relaxation we expected from a luxury resort. It may be suitable for families visiting nearby attractions, but I would not recommend it for travelers looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation experienc

Worth the price. Very neat and clean. Good for young children. Limited hala options for breakfast. All major attractions are nearby.

We have traveled with family from Radisson to this hotel because I believed kids will enjoy slides in the swimming pool and playgrounds. This 2 things are amazing but it’s 3,5 star hotel not 4 . Food for breakfast is not good and don’t take anything from backing corner . If you European and understand quality … it’s really not what you will touch .. best part there only Pho and some Vietnamese noodles . That all what we ate . Ok and salads 🥗. Beach is horrible . Sand is dirty and some parts of trees fall down and you can hurt your leg . Beach is not private and everyone is there ( I don’t feel confident) Which is not nice as all you need to have band on your arm ( like in 3 stars hotel .) I refused because I wish to have nice tan on my skin not with some white part from the band . Buffet for dinner is not expensive but once to try only . Juices are water with come coloring ( they same making in Philippines in not expensive hotel 😒) coffee is perfect ( as everywhere in Vietnam . Really upset with how they control what people do . I mean this time ( summer ) a lot of local here . But they smoke inside of the building ( in the buffet -breakfast area ) and swimming pool where kids are sitting next to them .. even they have special area . Some local turned music ( he brought his music speaker ) and listened music et the evening and so loud that we are on the 6 floor listened with him until 11-12 .. first 2 days I was thinking it’s some music from the street but after I meet him at the evening once .. I asked stuff to tell him something . Next day was the same and it looks like I’m the only one who complained.. but I want to sleep and kids need some rest not music show after 10 .pm ( especially from the place where we come from was already 11 pm ) anyway I believe you can’t listen your music so loud it’s not your private hotel . But stuff didn’t care too much. And with smoking .. I was only one who complained.. even they have some shields no smoking .. cleaning stuff ( ladies ) are very nice and always helped me with towels and water . Stuff on the swimming pool are not so friendly 😪and they even didn’t help me with inflating a child's vest. Stuff in the restaurant is very nice and friendly but we can’t stay here all 8 days we decided to leave back to Raddison 😏it’s kind of stressful . And some people when you walk down the hallway watch so loud tv and open the door 😏which I found very strange and I hear how my neighbors move the chairs as well or something else .. unfortunately I will not come back here again ..also they don’t have tuk tuk to the city center and they don’t provide transfer to the airport which is very important when you travel with kids . I met some Indian ( they came a lot this summer ) and some of them complained as well because not a big choice if vegetarian table ( and Indian table is really few things what to eat 😪)
