    The hotel’s location is misleadingly described. It is not on Long Beach as it appears from the listing. Instead, it is almost 800 meters to 1 km inside a forest/hill lane, which feels isolated and unsafe, especially at night. If you are a solo female traveler, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. My husband and I had returned our scooter 5 hours before the agreed return time. Later that evening, we realized it was not safe to walk back from the restaurant, which was around 800 meters to 1 km away through the dark forest lane. We requested the hotel to let us use a scooter for just 40–45 minutes, especially since there were many scooters parked there and we had already returned ours well before time. They refused unless we paid the full one-day rental charge. I understand it is their business policy, but in that case, they should clearly mention on Agoda that the property is located inside a secluded forest area and not on Long Beach. We were also unable to get a Grab, and even our Klook pickup driver the next morning refused to drive inside because of the location. The staff were also disappointing. On arrival, we were given a room that was dirty and had an open bathroom concept, which was not clearly shown in the photos. Thankfully, it was only for one night because a higher-category room was unavailable. We moved to a pool room for the next two nights, which was better, but the listing is still misleading. The cleanliness was poor throughout our stay. I requested a replacement pillow 3–4 times because the one in the room was dirty, but no one replaced it. The towels were old, worn out, and stained. The first room also had no hot water. When I reported it, the staff admitted they were already aware of the problem. If they knew the issue existed, I don’t understand why they assigned that room to guests in the first place. The breakfast was below average, and overall the service was poor. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. Agoda, I have always trusted your listings, but the description of this property is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual location or condition of the hotel.
