Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc

We truly had a very well rested stay at Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc. The staff were all amazing, friendly to ur kids and prompt in trying to help us. When we were just waiting for our Grab car to arrive, they would come up to us to see if we need any assistance. Several times, even the security guards helped us to coordinate with the Grab drivers due to language issues. The food is amazing also! We all looked forward to our breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we ever come back to Phu Quoc!

Some facilities and part of the room fixtures are indeed quite old, there are wear and tear that could be fixed. Some games at the lobby are also very worn out, with parts of the machines looking super worn out or missing.

The location of the hotel was nice and the fact that there was access to casino inside was a bonus. Kids play area inside the hotel is nice.

"Extremely rude staff". According, to me staff here are very rude especially the ones for the morning breakfast. If you call yourself a 5 star hotel then the hospitality should be accordingly. Further, the timings of the waterside in the pool is absurd. They should open it in the morning, however, they open it when the people will mostly leave for Vinworld and safari. Half of the time it is not working also. Given , Sheraton is at similar price, I would suggest anyone to pick Sheraton over this hotel.

It’s a beautiful property with a lot of space and options for family specially kids.

For first few days breakfast was too crowded. There was not enough staff to help the guests and clean tables for them. Only one indian lady supervising all the tables and knew english who was very sweet. Rest staff even guest services dont know how to speak english.

The breakfast , the breads etc. the tuk tuk service sometimes really delayed us.
