Osen Hotel - Grand World Phu Quoc

I didn't have a fixed itinerary when I arrived, so I asked the hotel team for some recommendations. They suggested a few local places and tours that suited what I was looking for, which saved me a lot of time searching on my own. I liked having this kind of local support because it made the trip feel more relaxed and less planned. It would be even better if they offered more local tour options in the future, but overall I was very happy with the experience.

I found Osen's location quite convenient, especially if you're planning to explore the northern part of Phu Quoc. Grand World, VinWonders, and VinSafari are all easy to reach and don't take too long by car. I really liked that the hotel is slightly away from the busy areas, so it was peaceful and quiet in the evening. There aren't many restaurants or shops within walking distance yet, so you'll need a short ride for food, but the hotel was very helpful with transportation.

I was impressed by how clean everything was, from the lobby to the room. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently kind and professional. The area around the hotel is fairly quiet, which I personally enjoyed.

The room is spacious and clean.
