Newly Renovated: The interior appears recently updated and feels modern. Excellent location, Wifi and AC: The location is fantastic, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are exceptionally strong—a major advantage for European rentals. check in / check out: seems easy and convenient. The host was flexible and kindly granted us an extra hour for a late checkout at 12:00 PM. we saw the next group show up at 12 pm and still able to accommodate them - so seems quite easy and flexible overall

A few significant issues to be aware of before booking this property: Accessibility: It is a five-story walk-up, which is not clearly stated in the listing. The staircase is extremely narrow—manageable for a solo traveler with a carry-on, but incredibly difficult for a family with large suitcases. Cleanliness: The bedding was unacceptably unhygienic. Our initial sheets smelled terrible and very stinky. The on-site helper eventually brought a new, lower-quality set, but when changing the bed, we discovered a bloodstain on the blanket. Neither the host, the helper, nor Booking.com provided a resolution. Amenities: There were zero basic supplies provided on-site, not even trash bags or laundry detergent. towels etc are all very old, basically no shampoo / wash gel / conditioner etc Size: The apartment is much smaller than advertised and was far too cramped for our family of four. Service is basically close to 0, the host doens't even care to translate what he says to english. the helper just straight up told me that they dont' have clean blanket, they don't have supply, etc Overall, a disappointing stay. I would not recommend it for family
