Apartment Le Marais by Studio prestige

wonderful comfortable apartment, great kitchen area and appliances, very comfortable beds, good showers, excellent location for the metro & restaurants, great wifi, all the amenities you would want for a weekend break.

Couldn't get the TV to connect in the lounge and you do need to be comfortable with stairs as the apartment is on the top floor of the most amazing building- wasn't a problem at all for us but could be for others. Renovation work was going on with scaffolding and refurb of the communal areas underway which we were unaware of but didn't cause any noise or challenges with access to and in the building.

What a charming apartment. I’m the heart of The Marais, we couldn’t have been more central to everything. The place was spotless and the lady looking after the place was very helpful.

Location was good and it was a new-ish apartment.

After paying thousands of dollars to stay here, when I asked to check in at 2pm (instead of 4pm), I was asked to pay another €30 for the pleasure. Not great customer service, I wasn’t asking for morning check in. TVs didn’t work and host was not a big help to fix it. Told me to look for instructions in the booklet and there was nothing in the booklet about it. TV needs to be connected to the internet and hosts have not done this properly. We couldn’t use any of the TVs for the whole week, we couldn’t watch the soccer games at home. Third night we came home to a hot apartment and none of the aircons working. We had to sleep in a stinking humid apartment on a third floor. Was fixed the next day through instructions sent via whatsapp. Would be good to have some long mirrors, only mirrors are round in the bathroom. Stairs are steep and no lift, would not recommend for big bags. There was no way to close the skylights and sun at 5.30am was painful to deal with.
