This 3-story, 6-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 17 (linens not provided). The dining room seats 12 and the eat-in kitchen seats 6, ideal for meals, games, or conversation. Two first-floor sitting rooms and a traditional front porch offer space to relax and enjoy people-watching. A second-floor sunroom provides a quiet spot for reading or work, and a private backyard patio offers a peaceful retreat.
The second floor features four bedrooms, including two with ensuite baths and a third with a large clawfoot tub. Two third-floor bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with rooftop views.
Parking: Two offsite parking spaces are included. Onsite parking is not available; a permit is provided for the Bank Street Permit Parking Lot. Driving directions from 37 Jackson Street:
Head north on Jackson Street toward Perry Street.

Location was the best !Parking was non existent!House was ok . The good was the location , front porch was nice for gathering, bathrooms were nicely remodeled, good space for large family !The bad : no parking, broken dining table, fireplace not working , kitchen in need of remolding, having to pay and deal with linens!

We rented this house to host our siblings and closest friends for our wedding in Cape May Point. The house itself could not have been more perfect. The rooms were all the perfect sizes, clean and comfortable. The living spaces were comfortable and inviting and perfect for all of us to sit and chat in. We did not use the kitchen too much but it was great for our needs. I would say my only "complaint" about the property was the parking situation. The location of the lot was not well described and caused a little bit of confusion and frustration the weekend of. I would recommend the host put a map with the parking location alongside the photos of the house to avoid confusion in the future.

Location, location, location! Parking was a couple blocks away but not an issue for us. Walked 2 blocks to the beach, 1 block other way to Washington Street Mall with shops, restaurants, ice cream & coffee.House was beachy and full of character and color. Very well stocked kitchen!
