It is one of the largest whole-house rentals in town, able to accommodate 23 happy beach-lovers. Located in the heart of Cape May, Intermission@109Howard is a few steps away from great restaurants, bars, music and family entertainment sites. Available for weekly rentals.
Guests are responsible to bring own linens and towels.

Air-conditioned rooms: king, queen, double and single beds. Large dining room with cable TV and internet, a modern stocked kitchen with stove, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, new washing machines, ice maker and dryer. Tenants bring linens and towels. Beautiful indoor dining room and outdoor patio with a new grill for large family gatherings. Available for weekly rentals. Pet friendly. Our large family gathered here from both coasts of the US to spend a week this July. It was a great location and lots of space to accommodate everyone and all of our cars. An hour delay at check in was a bummer after a long day of travel, but that was the only issue we had all week. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive. The location is perfect and we enjoyed many hours relaxing on the porch.

we came back to stay at this location because of the proximity to the beach and number of. The house could use some updating for the price. There were yard toys left around the yard from the previous tenant, and the icemaker had mold in it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms could not be used due to a leak which required handyman to come on three separate days for a period of time and one of the guest was a three-month-old infant who was sleeping during two of those visits. They need to be in the house on beach days on separate occasion was frustrating, especially since during our day last year, the laundry machine was not working. Finally, there was an icemaker on hand, but it had mold in it, which was disappointing.
