Just across the street awaits The Mad Batter, a beloved local favorite where the breakfast line is always worth the wait, and just a short stroll away you’ll find Washington Street Mall’s boutique shops, restaurants, and lively street scenes.
Inside, The Saltwood House welcomes guests with warmth and character. The spacious living room offers a cozy spot for movie nights, complete with a pull out sofa and 50 inch TV, conveniently near a full first floor bath. The elegant dining room is ideal for gathering over meals, and the eat in kitchen features a charming coffee nook and two refrigerators for ample storage.

Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms span the second floor, three with en suite baths and all exuding vintage charm with antique furnishings. Outside, enjoy four on site parking spots, a private back patio for al fresco dining, and an outdoor shower for easy beach days.
