- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking on the balcony or in common areas. $500 fine and immediate eviction for violations.
- No Motorcycles, Golf Carts, RVs, Trailers, or ATVs.
- No Fireworks Allowed
- No Daily Housekeeping: Please use in-unit washer and dryer (if applicable). Additional towels or linens are available for a fee.
- Occupancy Limit: Strictly enforced. A $200/day fine will be applied per unauthorized guest over max occupancy.

Very nice condo. Enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the sliding glass door in the living area was not always usable. It seemed like it was off track.

Great place for the price! The building itself is a little dated but the suite was very nice and clean. Great view. Having Ocean Annie's amd River City on site are added perks, parents can sit by the pool and listen to live music, have drinks and grab a bite while the kids enjoy the pool and lazy river. Would def book a stay here again!

Sands Ocean Club is fun if you are looking for live music steps away from the beach. It can be noisy, so be prepared for bands playing until 11pm. The unit itself was great and very spacious with beachy decor.
