Location, 2 minute walk to beach (we timed it) No rowdy crowds. Several restaurants and Bars in walking distance, even more in less then 5 minute drive.
The room needs to be updated, there was only one decent size TV, the others were the size of 15 computer monitors. The stove took so long to heat up it was a pain to cook and the exhaust fan did nothing, so the place would get smokey from cooking. The elevators did not work and we were on second floor, 48 steps. Thank goodness we weren't handicapped . The toilet seat in one of the bathroom us so old the paint is peeling off it. There was dried blood or brown stain on comforter of one of the beds. The air ducts were dusty and one had mold. Carpet is stained and very noticeable. We used the dryers and it shot lint all over the walkway out side the apartment. And we killed several palmetto bugs. Fire alarm was hanging off wall with no battery in it.
