This 2nd floor beachfront condo is bright, sleeps 7-8 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV with separate TV's in the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms. This 4 story building has an elevator so that no negotiating of steps is required. The three bedrooms have a Queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. On-site amenities include two pools, children’s playground, a putting green, picnic tables and barbecue grills for your convenience. Condo has free high speed wireless internet. Pelican’s Landing is located just a couple of miles from the Tanger’s Outlet Mall. It is also a couple of miles from the mall with the Bass Pro Shop.

Nice size condo right on the beach. Very clean. Mixup on check in. Cleaning service had check in at 4pm but confirmation email said 3pm. So we ended up waiting until 4:30 to get into the condo. Small frig at wet bar did not work. Nor did the dishwasher. Neither of these was a big inconvenience for us. Overall we had a good time.

Location in our opinion is a good area to stay in ,with convenience to restaurants , entertainment , ocean front and a pool.Condo needs some TLC , dry sink nor mini fridge not working .Would like a more secure entrance to condo.

The condo was not cleaned upon our arrival. I had difficulty contacting the property manager. Kevin McCarthy finally contacted me after hearing from Vrbo. He said Starfish Realty does not work on weekends. He gave us complete cooperation. I informed him that we had to clean the facility, wash all of the bedding and towels etc. We negotiated an agreeable solution, the result of which is pending. After the resolution of the aforementioned issue, we fully enjoyed a week of relaxation and enjoyment at Myrtle Beach. We are looking forward to returning next season.
