Good location and quiet. Good views of water.
Be mindful that property is on third floor and there are no elevators. It was a little tricky to find our building.

the pools are amazing and the views and the people are very respectful in the community.
the location is far from the boardwalk and things like that but its a very nice area and the people are so helpful when we couldn't find our place.

Not too far from the beach, nice space for all of us.
Several large cockroaches found, could have been a little cleaner, bathroom door stuck and could not be shut the whole way, a LOT of stairs to climb, construction taking place below us the whole trip, slippery showers - we had 2 people fall.
