**Please Note: As of March 15, 2025 the Sands Ocean Club Resort will require and collect at check-in a $30 per day resort fee per reservation . This per day fee is not part of the Reservation's rent or fees, but is a completely separate fee collected by the Resort and for the Resort. Vacasa does not cover this per day fee and cannot waive or credit it for you. Only the person named in the Reservation will be able to check in at the Front Desk. Check in is at 4:00pm and Early Check In is not available at this Resort. **

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was clean and exactly as expected. Kitchen fully stocked. Beautiful balcony and view, with nice chairs on the balcony. Great spot! :) Will book again. Only cons were it would be nice if parking was included and wish their was keyless entry so we didn't have to pick up a key card, though that was an easy process to swing by and pick up from the lock box. Thanks Vacasa!

We enjoyed the ocean view and listening to the band at Ocean Annie’s from the balcony. The condo is very close to many nice restaurants, Tanger Outlets, and lots of attractions for your family to enjoy.

I love the front ocean view, comfortable, just need a little bit more cleaning the house and the building I understand is the beach and it’s humid and wet but the hallways need to be cleaned in my poin of view, loved the pool and the hot tub.
