No locals unless agreed upon prior to booking.
Must be prepared to show gov issued ID when/if asked.
May be required to pay damage deposit upfront.
HOUSE RULES:
No parties, no smoking, no pets, no illicit drugs.
No hanging of towels over railing.
You may be charged a fine or asked to leave without refund, for breaking of house rules or any illegal activities.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
-Please note, especially during hurricane season, king tides can flood the parking lot and/or the road to get here. Be aware of your surroundings if there is a major storm and feel free to ask questions.
