About this house rental
Charming two-story property located 2-1/2 blocks to the beach. This bright and sunny DOG- FRIENDLY home is perfect for multi-generational vacations. The first floor offers a large living room, sunroom with vaulted ceiling and a TV, kitchen, and sleeping den with a twin daybed with trundle (converts to 2 twins) and full bathroom. Four bedrooms are on the second floor: a spacious ensuite bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with double-sinks and oversized tub, walk in shower and TV; three additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two double beds and one with three twin beds) with a full bathroom in the hall. A doggy door-accessible fenced, landscaped corner lot, an oversized screened back porch with separate eating and sitting areas, front screened porch and upper deck. Comfortable upholstered furnishings, hardwood floors and custom wainscoting throughout make this home warm and cozy. Other features include a separate laundry room, outside shower, enclosed yard with outdoor dining area with gas grill, and many other features. Limited storage permitted in attached garage for bicycles, beach accessories, etc. Complimentary Rehoboth Beach parking passes for use during your stay.
