Completely renovated in early 2021! This lovely home is situated exactly one block to the beach at 31 Virginia Avenue in North Rehoboth.

Cannot beat the location of the house. Walk everywhere (beach, town, Funland). House is beautiful and well-appointed. Having 5 bedrooms is huge. Front porch is a great hang space.
Check-in is a bit of a pain because you have to go to the broker’s office (it’s not far but during Memorial Day traffic, it was pretty rough). Lockbox/code entry would be helpful. Plus, the bathrooms had not been cleaned in a very long time. No big deal to clean them and it was fine after that. Overall, a great stay.
