A charming North Rehoboth home that have been extensively remodeled and updated. Exceptionally renovated circa 1902 home on the beach block in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Enjoy the large enticing deck and only 210 steps to the ocean. The main home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths Amenities include laundry, cable, internet, and upscale decor. The home is designed with beautiful decor and excellent sleeping comfort in mind. This home is finished in the Farmhouse style, and will feature recycled barn wood floors throughout. On the first floor, guests will be treated to a beautifully appointed kitchen, off of which will be a family room and dining area. There will also be a first floor master suite. The second floor features the remaining four bedrooms, two of which will be master suites while the second two share a hall bath. This fabulous beach block home sits on the corner of First and Virginia Avenues and has two parking spots. Enjoy the morning sun on the southern facing extra large deck.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $313.00.

7 Night Stays- starting June through September
3 Night Stays- Jan through May and October through December
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The property was perfect. Very clean and accommodating. If we don’t collect more people for the SeaWitch festival ( every year we do) we will be booking this property again! Thank you for a great weekend.

Kitchen worked well except for the sink faucet. I would have appreciated pillows and blankets. Also starter items like toilet paper and soap/shampoo minis.

This house was perfect for our quick vacation getaway. It is roomy to fit all guests comfortably and super close to the beach. What a charming little house in the best location!

We were disappointed in this rental. Loved the location but we would not rent this house again. At the beginning of the season the AC should not have been an issue - both upstairs and downstairs. Microwave was difficult to operate - no manual. Washing machine had mold. Little things just interrupted our stay. CB did respond to these issues and helped. We also
were told the AC people would come on Wednesday and no show. When checking with CB the owner changed the appt. to Friday but did not inform anyone. Not good PR.
