Designed for multi-generational gatherings, it features hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Enjoy the screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Ideally located in downtown Rehoboth Beach on Olive Ave, just the second ocean block—park once and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces are available for guests. A parking diagram will be included in the welcome letter.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, fenced backyard, screened porch, full washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, and three private primary bedrooms with ensuites.
THINGS TO KNOW: No smoking and no pets. Linens are not provided but can be rented for your stay. This townhouse rents Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer season. No grilling permitted.

House is in great walkable to town location. House is clean and very spacious and has 5 bathrooms which is great for a girls weekend.

House has a lot of space. Perfect for families.
Location was great - close to beach and town.
Only reason I would not rate the place a 5 was that the house had no paper supplies and minimal cleaning supplies, trash bags.
I've stayed in 5 star placed and they always provide items that you need.

House was great! Perfect layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms so each couple had their own space. House is perfect location, you can walk everywhere.
