The spacious living area is filled with natural light and offers plenty of comfortable seating, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, with seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island for casual dining or morning coffee.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups. Step out onto the large private Gulf-front balcony from the living room and enjoy panoramic water views, warm sea breezes, and unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf.
Guests can relax in the heated beachfront pool, lounge on the sundeck with a good book, or take a peaceful walk along the quiet white sandy beach of Indian Shores. The on-site gas BBQ grill is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends while making lasting beach vacation memories.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. While most balconies remain accessible, your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being completed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and pool access or parking may be affected during those hours. The pool is currently open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
