Looking for a beach holiday that has it all? We are excited to offer our two bedroom, end unit, gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms.
**Hurricane Helene & Milton update** June 2025
We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. Following Hurricane Helene, we’ve worked hard alongside our local businesses and community partners to restore and reopen the area. Thanks to everyone’s dedication and resilience, the majority of our beachside restaurants and shops are back in business, bringing the familiar vibrancy back to our shores.
While our ground-level amenities were impacted by flooding, our condo has weathered the storms. Repair work is moving along, our office is back up and running and our pool is open. Our white sand beaches are as spectacular as ever!

**Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project. We are happy to report that our balcony is complete and no further work is needed on our stack. The biggest impact from this project will be noise during working hours. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm.
Our condo shows great pride of ownership. The condo has been professionally painted from top to bottom. The vanities in the bathrooms have been updated and the ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower. The updated kitchen with gleaming granite countertops is fully equipped with cookware along with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, we have updated 18'X18' porcelain tile flooring throughout the main areas. The bedroom furniture in both bedrooms has been updated including all mattresses. We have a king size bed in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom. The dining room furniture gives a tropical feel with a dolphin pedestal. All patio furniture is new in a soft sea blue.
New windows and new patio doors keeps it cool and keeps the noise out.
Please make yourselves at home. We offer use of our four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, our 8' Tommy Bahama beach umbrella and our coolers for those lazy days relaxing on the beach. We have beach toys for the kids stored on the balcony as well.
Our building is well maintained with a large heated pool, shuffleboard courts, tiki bar, a barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Do it all or choose to kick back and relax.
We are confident that you will love our piece of paradise as much as we do!

Indian Shores is a very relaxing place. It is not touristy, but you can get to many activities if you choose to. The condo was great with everything we needed. It was very clean, and the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were fantastic to have. It's location right on the beach was amazing, and the pool was great. We loved being able to go back and forth easily. Neither was ever packed with people, so there was plenty of space and no stress. The host was great and very responsive to our questions. The office staff was very helpful and kind. We had such a great time and would recommend it to anyone!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean view and the clean, cozy atmosphere. The condo was beautifully decorated—bright, airy, and felt like a true home away from home.Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, The beds were super comfortable, and waking up to the sound of waves every morning was just dreamy.The location was ideal—just steps from the sand, and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We spent our days lounging on the beach, watching sunsets from the balcony, and enjoying peaceful walks in the evening.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. You can tell they care about their guests.

Great condo! Quiet, not crowded, and clean! The only things I would recommend was to get a new stove because one of the eyes didn’t work and it took forever to cook/bake in it. Also, in the room with 2 beds…one of the beds is on wheels so it constantly moves and hits the wall when you move in the bed. Definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying in the condo again but think it could help the experience.

Had a few plumbing issues on day 1-owner and management were very responsive. Unit is pretty nice. Cleaning before our arrival left a little to be desired. Owner may want to look to a new cleaning service. We were surprised to find no trash bags or extra paper products… maybe this was disclosed, but we missed it. Never had a VRBO without trash bags and toliet paper provided. All and all a fine place and great location.
