For added convenience, the condo features a wet bar and a wine fridge, perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the ocean views from the living room. Step onto your private balcony for an evening enjoying the cotton candy sunsets of the Gulf. Beach Cottages boasts a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, and gas grills, so you can enjoy a day in the sun. With a building elevator, it’s easy to bring your gear and head straight to the beach or the pool. This coastal retreat offers all the essentials for a relaxing vacation with views that can't be beat!

Second Bedroom - Twin/Full bunkbed with Twin pullout trundle and smart TV.

Living Room - Sliding glass door balcony access and smart TV. Enjoy ocean views from your own living room!
Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need while you're away.
Private Balcony - Ocean views and pool views of the turquoise Gulf waters accessible from the living room or primary bedroom.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 5 - accessible by 5 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 5 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.
