Recently updated furnishings throughout create a fresh, inviting feel, and Roku smart TVs in every room provide endless entertainment after a day at the beach. Step out onto your private balcony to experience the Gulf’s signature cotton-candy sunsets—an unforgettable way to end each day. Guests also have access to Beach Cottages’ spacious resort-style pool deck, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, and gas grills, making it easy to enjoy long, sunny days outdoors. With elevator access in the building, bringing up luggage and beach gear is effortless, whether you’re heading to the sand or the pool. This coastal retreat has everything you need for a laid-back vacation with unbeatable views.
The oversized primary bedroom offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom features a twin/full bunk bed with a twin pullout trundle, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.The bright living room provides sliding glass door access to the balcony, a smart TV, and beautiful ocean views right from your seating area. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, whether you’re cooking a full meal or a quick snack. Step out onto the private balcony from either the living room or primary suite to enjoy sweeping ocean and pool views of the turquoise Gulf waters.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 5 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use
July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

Unit was in good condition. Great view from balcony. Pool area was expansive with heated pool, hot tub and grills. Lovely beach.Helpful host. Unit was fully stocked including beach amenities. Bring Keurig cups if you are coffee drinkers.

We loved everything at the resort and the condo was amazing! The beach was beautiful and we loved the area! Would definitely come back!
