Other things to note
This home is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and includes a seawall and dock. The backyard seawall is not fenced, and the dock has rope edging but no permanent handrail or fencing. Guests should always use caution when near the water.
Children must be closely supervised at all times when on the property - including, but not limited to, the front yard, back yard, on the dock, or near/on the seawall.
The dock is intended for relaxing, docking approved vessels, and enjoying the waterfront views. Diving, jumping, and swimming from the dock are prohibited.
The home is also located along Gulf Boulevard, a busy coastal roadway. Please use caution when entering or exiting the driveway and supervise children near the front of the property.
*Like much of Indian Shores and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities, the area continues recovering from recent hurricanes. Guests may occasionally see or hear nearby construction, repairs, or improvement projects throughout the area.*
The guest who books the reservation must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved dates.
