House was VERY clean, and the back yard entertaining area was hands down the best part of it all! The ONLY, and I mean ONLY slight inconvenience was the one small bathroom. But the water pressure from the shower was awesome! HA! Don't hesitate but just don't book when we book each year! :)

We loved the location! The outdoor space was exceptional. The decor was cute and the kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses were good. The shower was nicely remodeled, however the whole bathroom was tiny. We had to wait an hour before checking in because the cleaning lady was running behind. She did a good job though, the property was spotless.
We loved the lanai so much that we will return in the future!

Great time and nice location right in the middle of the land mass with easy access to everything in the area. Go to the beach or just enjoy the outdoors from an amazing back yard area.

Overall great rental. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and seating. Kitchen has everything you may need. Back patio and dock are gorgeous and beach access is excellent- right across the street. The only bathroom is VERY small. Only about 12 inches between the sink and toilet seat. The house is on a busy roadway and traffic can be heard all night in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would really help. Nextflix and similar are only available in the back bedroom.
