Quietly situated in the vibrant lakeside town of Desenzano del Garda this beautifully light and airy escape is located on the first floor of a modern three-story apartment building. The closest beach is a 4-minute walk and Villa Romana di Desenzano is just 3 minutes on foot.
The property enjoys a comfortable, airconditioned living space furnished with a smart flatscreen TV, two comfortable sofas and a dining table. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen equipped with; a Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
