A lovely studio apartment located in the heart of Desenzano's historical center. The apartment is an open space with two spacious terraces, one with a spectacular lake view and the other with a stunning view of the old roofs. The apartment has a double bed and a double sofa bed, an Air conditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen, a sun umbrella, patio chairs, and smart tv.

15 minute walk from the train station. 3 minute walk to the old town and 4 to the water. Apartment is on the 4th floor, many stairs - but well worth it. We sat outside every night and looked over the town out to the lake. Very clean and well stocked. Great view from the shower. Stay here, walk to the water, rent a boat and head North to the beautiful alps kissing the lake.

Perfect apartment for 2 people, easy to shop and eat in, terrific views of the lake area from the terrace, just a bock walk to main piazza and ferry dock, 15 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended!

Wer ein hell-modern und komplett eingerichtetes Loft mit zwei Dachterrassen für jede Tageszeit und einem unbeschreiblichen Blick über die roten Dächer des perfekt gelegenen und alles bietenden Desenzano auf den See sucht (die Treppenstufen nimmt man gerne in Kauf), ist bei Signora Titti und ihrem Mann genau richtig - von der familiären Rundumbetreuung, die auf Wunsch geboten wird, ganz zu schweigen.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Seeumrundungen und Ausflüge ins Hinterland samt Verona. In fünf Gehminuten taucht man in den Trubel der wunderschönen Altstadt ein. Wir kommen wieder !

Great experience, great apartment let down slightly by the cleanliness of the common gardens and the balconies, the local birds had been using it for target practice with their droppings for some time. But the view was awesome. Would stay again.
