Cozy renovated -1BD 1BATH -Antón Martín

The apartment was exactly as seen in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that was required for our stay. The place had very good access and the train station was just about 15 minutes' walk away from the apartment, which made it easier for us to move around in Madrid. The apartment was very well-connected by public transport as well as had access to various other attractions nearby.

The drawback of this apartment was that there was no natural light in it. Nevertheless, since it was mainly used for sleeping and resting after sightseeing around the city, this factor did not play any significant role for us.

We really enjoyed the central location of the apartment. It was the perfect size for two people, with enough space to relax. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very convenient. All the essentials, including towels, shampoo, and washing machine detergent, were provided. Communication from the beginning to the end of our stay was clear, smooth, and pleasant.

Lack of ventilation. It was impossible to stay in the apartment without the fans running. The limited natural light due to the lack of windows wasn’t a major issue for us, but the lack of fresh air definitely was. Although there were three fans provided, they weren’t enough to keep the apartment comfortable, especially at night. We found it very difficult to sleep because of the heat, and the fans didn’t help much. For that reason, I would not recommend staying here during the summer when outdoor temperatures are around 27-40°C. At cooler times of the year, however, this is unlikely to be an issue. Other than that, everything else was fine.
