Great location and has everything you need. Air con was great in the heat and the bed was very comfortable.
Smoke from the neighbours comes in if you windows are open but that’s pretty typical in apartments like this in Spain.

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super! Eine einfache Unterkunft, die jedoch alles bietet (Küche inkl. Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und entsprechende Küchenausstattung). Die Klimaanlage war bei den hohen Temperaturen auch sehr angenehm.
Wahrscheinlich war der Staubsauger nicht mehr so saugfähig. Der Teppich hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Grundsätzlich war es jedoch sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden nochmals buchen.

Bon rapport qualité prix / logement très calme, propre, bien équipé (four, lave linge, micro onde, gril pain, bouilloire, machine à café, sèche cheveux...) et très bien situé proche de la Gare d'Atocha (terminus du bus de l'aéroport), du Musée Reina Sofia et du métro Lavapiès (on y trouve un grand Carrefour Market ouvert 7 J / 7 J et 24 h sur 24 h bien pratique)
Ascenseur parfois en panne pour accéder au 3e étage
