"Elegir este alojamiento fue un acierto total. Para quienes valoramos la practicidad en una ciudad como Madrid, Además de la excelente ubicación, el apartamento se destaca por sus espacios. Es un lugar amplio, luminoso y su decoración logra un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Un equilibrio perfecto entre funcionalidad y comodidad.

Lokalizacja jest znakomita. Obok dwie stacje metra, 15 minut do dworca Atocha, mnóstwo restauracji i barów, lokalnego rynku i sklepów spożywczych. Blisko do największych zabytków Madrytu. Apartament jest spory. Dobre wi-fi. Pralka jest dużym plusem przy dłuższych pobytach.
Sufit jest bardzo niski, szczególnie nad WC. Trzeba uważać na głowę.

Spotless clean and perfectly located on a rather quiet street in the lively Lavapies neighborhood. Two bedrooms for a great price. Host was incredibly communicative and helpful!
The hallway of the building was under renovation, which caused some dust in the apartment. Once the renovation is done the place will be perfect! The street is surprisingly quiet so it didn’t bother us that the apartment was on the ground floor. The bathroom ceiling is super low and probably wouldn’t work for longer term, but is just fine for a shorter stay.
